Who doesn’t love a costume change?
An old tradition has been making a comeback lately and many of our brides have been making a quick change before the big exit! Changing into a new dress is not only practical (who wants tire grease on your wedding gown?) but lots of fun and great for your pics! Very retro and very cute! Here are a few of our recent faves!!!

A note from Laura Nelson…
“One of the many joys of this job is meeting so many happy couples and their families soon after the couple becomes engaged. I love hearing about the proposal, the wedding day details, and of course, the bridal gown! One of my favorite things though is when I have the opportunity to meet the parents of the bride or the groom. The joy that I see in a mother’s face when she watches her daughter talk about her upcoming wedding always brightens my day. One of the many wonderful mothers that I have had the opportunity to meet was the lovely and personable Timber Crissey. She was helping her daughter Becky, who lived up in Virginia, plan her spring wedding at Serenbe. Timber was such a delight to work with, so like a child waiting for Christmas morning, I anxiously awaited the release of the Timber-Crissey slideshow. When I saw it, I was moved as I always am by the talents of our incredible photographers to tell the story of Becky and Jeff’s wedding day. The photos are beautiful and emotion-filled, and in them you will see Timber, beaming and lovely, as she watches her daughter say “I do”.
Great work Adam and Mikki, and LAURA! To see a complete slideshow of this wonderful day… click here!
