All In The Family – A Flower girl Fashion Shoot!

One aspect we LOVE about working with other vendors at The Atlanta Wedding Loft is collaborating with each other! It is great to share a space with so many talented people and watch the ideas grow! These collaborations become events big and small! Last week, The Decisive Moment, Charles Josef Couture, POSH Artists and Frosted Pumpkin had a lovely photo shoot with some very special models! I loved watching Tymeka from POSH Artists work with the girls! She was so sweet and fun – the girls instantly were at ease as she made them look like princesses! The dresses by Charles Josef completed the look and the girls loved giving the pretty frocks a twirl! Jeff and Karyn from Frosted Pumpkin provided our wonderful flower girl models and some cupcakes that were almost as sweet! Thanks to everyone for a fun afternoon and to Adam Linke for some images that melt your heart! Here is a little sneak peek at our fun!

Elizabeth and Adam had a beautiful autumn wedding with lots of Pumpkins! What a great way to decorate! Budget friendly and so fun, I loved how this couple repurposed everyone’s favorite fall squash. It’s not just for jack-o-lanterns people!
Of course they had some help from some of our favorite vendors! Bold American Catering, Tulip and Emily Bohn!

Greystone at Piedmont Park

We LOVE Piedmont Park here at The Decisive Moment!
The Park is gorgeous, the venues are gorgeous and Barbara and all the wonderful folks over there have treated us fabulously over the years!
So needless to say we were just thrilled to be able to photograph our first wedding in their new space, Greystone.
For those of you familiar with the park they have given the old bathhouse a complete redo and you would hardly recognize it. The space is all clean lines and modern with a real warmth to the room as well, just spectacular! Combined with the ambiance of the park and the city skyline, Greystone is going to be one hot commodity!

Ivy and Bert- twice as nice!

Ivy and Bert celebrated their wedding twice! Once with a beautiful ceremony in August at the picturesque Day Chapel at the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia and again in October with a great party/ reception at a private home in Athens!
Thats right ladies, she got to wear her dress twice! genius!
Both events were very special and unique but the ceremony was so lovely that I just had to feature it here…

I love it when a bride and groom have fun! LOVE IT!
There is no doubt in my mind that Stephanie and Kevin were having a blast on their big day, I mean, look at her smile!
I also LOVE IT when a bride and groom incorporate fun, personal elements to their day…. and aren’t afraid to break the “rules”!
From the bridesmaid dresses to the trip back up the aisle Stephanie and Kevin had FUN and MADE IT PERSONAL!
