I thoroughly enjoyed documenting Carla and Richard’s gorgeous wedding day. Carla’s attention to detail and clear sense of style made for a beautiful combination of elegance and timeless Southern tradition. I loved how seamlessly every detail went together; from the style of her hair, her wedding dress, her jewelry, to the Inn where she got ready. Every aspect reflected her unique style and the beautiful 1842 Inn was a great backdrop to work with. One of my favorite moments was Carla and Richard’s first look along the pillars of the Inn. I loved how Richard’s eyes lit up at his first glimpse of Carla and how excited both were to embrace this day. We left the Inn for another breathtaking location, St. Joseph Catholic Church. A gorgeous ceremony was followed by enough time to take not only the necessary formals but also to play a little – creating a really fun shot (above) that captures the grandeur of the Church. To top it all off, the reception was a fantastic celebration at The Blacksmith Shop.
Congratulations again Carla and Richard! It was an honor to capture your energy, emotion, and style on your wedding day.
Cheers,
