We are bubbling over with excitement to share this wedding with everyone. As probably one of the most fun parties we’ve attended, this group of ladies and gentlemen was made of some of the most pleasant, enjoyable personalities we’ve ever met. We got to be there for the entire thing – bridal portraits, engagement pictures, rehearsal dinner and the big day… meaning we really consider this couple AND their crowd to be over 200 new friends.“I think I fell in love with Stacey’s family,” Adam, the lead photographer for the festivities, admits. “She has some of the nicest parents I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and Stacey and Thomas are such a refreshing, kind and loving couple. I truly enjoyed my time with them and felt blessed to be chosen to document one of the most important days of their lives.”
They were also loads of fun. Things started when Pamela, the Mother-of-the-Bride, saw some of our cover shots and wedding coverage in My Fair Wedding, by David Tutera. We’re so honored to have been featured in the book, but even more so now, that such a fabulous family found us and absolutely demanded we be the photographers for her daughter’s wedding.
“Airy, natural and elegant was the idea,” Stacey says about the feeling she wanted guests to get at their celebration. “We loved how Adam and The Decisive Moment captured the emotions of a wedding instead of focusing on unusual shots that we saw with so many other photographers.”
The couple, an ADPi President and her dapper beau, was a young, enthusiastic duo who both recently graduated from Wake Forest. Their North Carolina wedding took place at the elegant Carolina Country Club in Raleigh with eleven of their closest friends on each side and that multitude of friends and family we mentioned above. The entire event was an all out celebration filled with fun and laughter!
