Morgan and Jacob’s love story was generations in the making. The two connected through mutual friends on Facebook in 2016, when Jacob asked, “How do we know each other?”, to which Morgan replied, “We don’t yet”. After they fell in love in Atlanta, Morgan, and Jacob discovered that Morgan’s great-grandmother, Mildred, and Jacob’s great-grandmother, Eva, were the best of friends. The great-grandmothers had met while attending the Synagogue which Jacob’s family has been going to ever since they moved to Tampa in the ’40s. Nothing other than fate could explain Morgan and Jacob finding each other after all those years.
Their stunning wedding day was organized by the fabulous Terry Saxe of Special T Events. Terry collaborated with Alchemy Design Studio to create a stunning black, white, and gold vision. The bridal bouquet featured White Peonies, which were also tied into the bridesmaids’ bouquets, and centerpieces. The Ballroom was transformed by intricate white draping that lent a touch of sparkle to the backdrop of the evening. The couple danced the night away on a classic black and white dance floor to the music of Atlanta Showstoppers. When not dancing, guests could be seen trying out the Monogrammed Ice Sculpture with Kettle One.
The couple had so many thoughtful elements that made their wedding uniquely their own. Morgan’s bouquet was wrapped with a light blue ribbon that held a locket with pictures of the couple and their sweet pup, Wrigley Blue. At the end of the evening, the bridal party and guests snacked on some of the couple’s favorite treats including Krystal burgers, Sublime Donuts, and flaming hot Cheetos!
Congratulations, Morgan and Jacob! We wish you a lifetime of happiness!
