We love our job to begin with. So, when you throw us two smart and sophisticated love birds, with incredible taste and an appreciation for the details, we know we’ve died and gone to photography heaven. This is how we’d describe the relationship with our bride and groom, Katie and Jeremy.
These two wanted a party created especially for them, and one that would be a really good time with their family and friends. By default, what we witnessed was something truly romantic and full of fun, personal Atlanta details. Katie said up front, “Our ceremony is somewhat unique and special to us. We’ve put details representing us into the ceremony, and we’re excited about the vendors we’ve booked.”
Those details included a personal score to the wedding processional, a close friend officiating and a string quartet made up of Jeremy’s actual students. The rehearsal dinner included cameos from King of Pops, plenty of outdoor games and an incredible craft beer station for guests to sip and mingle between tossing a bean bag.
We love that Katie and Jeremy wanted us to document their wedding festivities. They wanted us to capture the natural feel that the party would have, letting the emotions and actions tell their own story through our lens. With that creative license, we were able to capture the day’s memory in its entirety, more than posed photos would do.
Here’s a sneak peek at our favorites from the day – Enjoy!
